Customer Receptionist Representative is needed for this busy corporate site I Slough, Berkshire. This is an exciting, varied, customer facing role.

This position is working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm and in reward my client will reward you with a salary of £15,000 p.a. plus bonus and benefits.

Duties to include:

• Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner;
• Answer switchboard;
• Log information on calls received;
• Order and maintain relevant office supplies for effectiveness of personal duties;
• Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, and photocopy machine;
• Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers, suppliers, visitors, enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions;
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
• Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures;
• Boardroom and conference preparation, service of refreshment;.
• Perform relevant checks to ensure agreed standards are met and maintained.

The successful candidate with be smart, professional with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, have a professional telephone manner and ideally have proven reception experience within a corporate environment.

We are looking for someone to interview and start ASAP. All applicant must live within a short commute to Slough and be a driver with you own car, as the need to visit sister branches maybe required from time to time.
