Recruitment Consultant/Trainee Recruiter/Sales

We are looking for someone bright and switched on who is keen to get into recruitment/sales - or maybe has experience of sales already but with a technical background. We specialise in the engineering sector and place people from fresh graduates through to directors - so if you have any technical know how from your work or studies that will be useful - but the ability to pick up new knowledge fast is more important. We are happy to supply all the training (both in house and extrenal) if you are proactive and seriously keen to earn lots of money. This role will suit someone already living locally to Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire so applicants living in areas close by (Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Leighton Buzzard, High Wycombe) would be of interest - or those with no ties who can readily move here. We are located close to the town centre and local sports facilities and reward staff according to their performance with basic, commission and other benefits. Basic is circa £18k - £20k with OTE likely to be in the high twenties/low thirties in the first year - rising thereafter.
