Job profile:
Fantastic opportunity to join lovely company based in High Wycombe as a Marketing Administrator.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be required to provide admin support to Product Managers and Marketing Director.
Duties include
Planning and organising product training days with patient groups and competitors.
Organising meetings.
Exhibition organisation.
Analysing data using Excel, Goldmine and web analytics.
Liaising with external agencies regarding design, quotations, reprints, etc.
Direct mail support.
Journal and magazing management.
Completion of the price list.
Supporting product launches.
Website updates.
Minute taking.
Literature stock control.
Person profile:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate initiative and be flexible.

Skills profile:
Must have excellent admin experience coupled with great IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must also be an excellent organiser and communicator.
