Job Description
Magnificent 4 star quality hotel with rosette accreditation is looking to recruit a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade
This is a demanding role in a busy kitchen producing only the highest quality of food for the restaurant and conference & banqueting. The right Sous Chef for the job will be a dedicated, passionate and ambitious, individual who works well under pressure looking for a career opportunity, which will provide training and development.
The person to suit must have good all round experience of busy restaurant and it is essential that you have a banqueting background and not be afraid of large volume catering to the highest standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly motivated team who are capable of training and developing your skills to an exceptional standard and as such would be a fantastic opportunity for the right Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie to progress their career.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef.

Qualifications/Experience required:
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in quality establishments with rosette accreditations.
Experience of working in a busy kitchen is essential.
Background in quality volume catering is essential.
Must have a stable CV with good references.
This is a very busy operation that will provide the challenge many of you are looking for. It would be preferred that the ideal candidate be experienced in working in busy multi outlet operations and have a rosette background.
