Two Rosette Hotel - St Albans, Hertfordshire - Seeks Accomplished Chef de Partie

This fantastic hotel in a picturesque area of historic city St. Albans has been awarded three stars and gained two rosettes for the excellent Modern British cuisine served in the hotel\'s restaurant. The establishment is currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join the brigade.

The duties of this position will include: * Maintaining the high standards of this restaurant * Supporting senior chefs as required * Preparing food prior to service * Working effectively as part of a dedicated team * Taking part in training and skill development

The working pattern this position will be varied split shifts, five days out of seven. Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Head Chef.

Candidates for this position should have a wealth of experience in two rosette level establishments. Exacting standards and high levels are skill are essential in order for the property\'s standards to be maintained. Chef de Parties must be enthusiastic and motivated, confident in their ability as well as willing to learn.
