Job Description

Commis Chef required, fantastic 4 star, AA Rosette Herts property £14K Excellent opportunity for a Commis Chef to work in this stately Hertfordshire country house hotel. Working with classical French and British cuisine you will be working in the hotels\' fine dining restaurant. Open at lunchtimes and evening the restaurant caters for up to 100 covers per night. Having AA rosettes accreditation, the hotel is looking for a suitably experienced Commis Chef to take the role immediately. You will have full responsibility of your particular sections and therefore need to be able to work as a key team player in this dedicated brigade. This role requires someone who has worked in a similar establishment and be able to lead and control all the sections through good decision-making and good relationships between the brigade and the Head Chef. They need someone who can deliver results 100% of the time. If you can stand up to this challenge, be assured it will be enjoyable from the moment you walk in the door.
