Job Description

This beautiful hotel located in the heart of Oxfordshire is currently looking to recruit a Demi Chef de Partie to enhance and strengthen their existing brigade. The hotel has over 30 rooms, an award winning 50+ cover restaurant and small private dining facilities.

The Role: As part of this small brigade of 4 you will be required to assist the Chef de Partie in the smooth running of a section in this award winning kitchen. You will be responsible for assisting in the training of Junior Chefs to develop their skills and to work quickly and calmly whilst promoting good working relations within the kitchen.

Qualification/Experience:- The ideal candidate would be a Commis Chef looking to progress to a Senior position within a rosette accredited property. All applicants will require previous experience within a rosette accredited properties and have a good all round knowledge of the kitchen. You will require a passion and creativity with food and a track record of obtaining and maintaining the highest of standards.
