A Commis Chef is required for this fantastic, modern contemporary, 4 star hotel with stunning features, situated in Hertfordshire. A seriously fabulous hotel, which must be seen at all costs!

This Commis Chef position is a demanding role in a busy kitchen producing only the highest quality of food for the restaurant and conference & banqueting. You will be a dedicated, passionate and ambitious individual who is positively spirited with boundless flair and works well under pressure.

The successful candidate for this role will be dedicated and passionate Chef. You should be a team player, with passion to progress in your career. You must have good all round experience within a busy 4 star environment with sound restaurant and banqueting knowledge.
