Job Description

This outstanding 2 Rosette 3 Star property requires a Chef de Partie to join its strong stable brigade. A fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie with talent and ambition to make an exciting career move.

Full of character, elegance and period charm the hotel has been meticulously restored to provide all modern day comforts whilst retaining the heritage and atmosphere of the past.

With an elegant fine dine restaurant serving a menu of quality modern British and European cuisine, a cosy and welcoming lounge that offers a superb selection of snacks and light meals and a bar providing a range of traditional bar meals this is a diverse destination for residential and non- residential guests. The hotel is host to numerous weddings and conferences throughout the year.

It is essential that you have a strong background in quality establishments, drive and ambition, boundless flair and creativity and thrive off the challenge of a fast paced kitchen where standards are at their highest.

This role will involve taking control of a section of the kitchen and assisting the more senior chefs when required as well as aiding the development of the junior chefs. It is essential that all applicants to this position are flexible and willing to work hard within a team environment that has achieved 2 Rosettes within this 3 star property and are currently pushing for their 3rd.
