This restaurant is situated within a multi site property serving a mix of British, Mediterranean and Asian Dishes. They are looking for a Chef de Partie who is capable of preparing food to a high standard. It is essential that your communication skills are excellent, As you will be part of a large brigade and you should have strong commitment to your career and a passion for food, you should have a willingness to learn and progress. Experience is essential from a stable hotel background preferably 2/3AA Rosette.
