This popular property located on the Buckinghamshire/Hertfordshire border are currently seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie. The hotel is the ideal location for both business and leisure guests catering largely in conference and banqueting.

The Role:-
The role will require you to be an excellent team player in this busy kitchen, having the skills to always remain calm and work successfully under pressure. You will be of a creative nature, with a desire to produce dishes of the highest standards. The team of chefs are committed to providing the most interesting modern cuisine coupled with traditional favourites.

Qualification/Experience:-
You will have NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent. All applicants should have experience of working in a good quality environment as well as the desire to work with high quality cuisine. All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational skills as well as being a strong minded person.
