Job Description
This beautiful privately owned manor house hotel situated in several acres of its own grounds located in the Hertfordshire area is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie to enhance and strengthen their existing brigade. The hotel has deluxe bedrooms, an award winning fine dining restaurant and large conference and banqueting facilities.
The Role:-
As Senior Chef de Partie, you will be required to assist in the daily operation of the kitchen; you will be accountable for ensuring the high standards are maintained at all times, support and assist in the training and development of the brigade and have responsibility for ordering, stock rotation and maintain gross profit.

Qualification/Experience:-
All applicants should have previous experience of working in a similar rosette accredited environment and have a passion for producing cuisine of the highest standards. Previous experience of catering for volume is essential. You must have strong leadership skills and be an excellent team player.
