Chef de Partie required for this well accredited property.

Our client is looking for someone to assist in the preparation of quality food. With at least 2-3 years experience within a fine dining property, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated and enthusiastic for the trade.

They have previously held a rosette and are looking to regain this accreditation through the building of a committed and well-balanced team.

Qualifications/Experience required:
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining/brassiere. Preferably you will also have previous rosette experience.
