Sous Chef required for our prestigious client - a Hotel located in Oxfordshire
As Sous Chef candidates require a multi rosette fine dining background for this opportunity. Experience gained up to 2 rosette level or similar is requested.
As Sous Chef you will be supporting the Head Chef with responsibility for a team of 5 with a passion for training and development of your team which are very important factors.
Good kitchen management, stock control and food hygiene control are essential. You will also be involved in creating menus with the Head Chef
The salary for this opportunity of Sous Chef is given as £20,000 - £23,000 / per annum. Transport may be desirable. Our client can offer live in accommodation depending on availability
